Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Customer Service Representative II:
- Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services
- Handle and resolve customer complaints, offering possible solutions or providing follow-up as needed
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken
- Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation
- This is a 12-month contract to hire position
Required Skills for Customer Service Representative II:
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets/Excel and Gmail
- Familiarity with the basic Microsoft Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage one's time
- Previous experience with computer applications, such as MS Outlook or data entry software
- 2-4 years customer service related experience required
