SNI Companies is looking for an Customer Service Success Representative to work for our small growing client in far north Fort Worth. This is a contract to hire position offering a great family friendly culture, benefits and competitive pay.
Primary Responsibility:
- Fulfill customer waste needs and provide excellent customer service.
- Pursue new customer leads
- Understand potential customer's waste needs
- Develop a customized waste management plan for the customer
- Create bids to provide the customer the pricing for the waste management plan
- Set up new leads as customers
- Ensure all necessary documentation to begin servicing a new customer is in place internally and externally
- Verify initiation of services is running smoothly
- Maintain current customer relationships
- Respond to email and phone call requests from customers
- Provide necessary reporting for customers
- Check customer invoices for accuracy prior to sending
- Advise customer on adjustments to the waste plan that would be most efficient and cost effective
