They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.nnWhat You’ll Do:nnPerform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems.nnConduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose potential problems, and make repairs.nnAssist with the installation and modification of building equipment and systems.nnReview assigned work orders and partner with available systems to track completion.nnSupport energy management by ensuring all building systems are operating efficiently.nnInspect existing installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.nnUse existing procedures to solve straightforward problems. Exchange straightforward information in a clear, concise manner.nnImpact team through defined duties, methods and tasks as described in detail.nnDeliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.nnWhat You’ll Need:nnHigh School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1-2 years of job-related experience. In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered.nnMeet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.nnAbility to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.nnCommunication skills to exchange straightforward information.nnWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
