We have partnered with a leading manufacturing company in their search for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join their growing team. This is a full-time opportunity offering competitive pay and benefits, with a strong emphasis on innovation and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect and Maintain Equipment: Visually inspect and listen to machines and auxiliary equipment to diagnose malfunctions and maximize uptime.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair issues with mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electronic systems.
- Preventive Maintenance: Perform scheduled preventive maintenance in accordance with set procedures and timelines.
- Testing & Repairs: Test equipment to ensure proper functionality and quickly address any production issues that arise.
- Recordkeeping: Maintain and update preventative maintenance schedules.
- Safety & Efficiency: Actively contribute to a safe working environment while driving improvements in plant operations.
- Install and Transfer Equipment: Assist with the installation and relocation of equipment as needed.
- Collaboration: Work effectively within the Maintenance Team and maintain professional communication with coworkers and clients.
Required Experience:
- Maintenance Expertise: 2-5 years of hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing or production setting.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electronic systems.
- Relevant Experience: Prior experience with complex machinery and auxiliary equipment is preferred.
- Education: Associate's Degree, Trade School, or Technical Certification is ideal.
- Robotics & Automation: Experience with robotics and automation systems is a plus.
- Additional Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills, especially in fast-paced environments.
