The Role:
n
Our Plumbing Install technicians install and replace systems within each customer's home. Their priority is the customer, educating them on their new equipment and ensuring a 5-star quality service with every interaction, every call, in every home.
n
Our Plumbing Install crews have the benefit of earning a Guaranteed 40 hour per week paycheck regardless of season and level of work.
n
What You'll Do
n
n- Install plumbing systems, fixtures, and equipment from water heaters to compressors to valves
n- Be a strong leader with a desire to help your team be the best in the industry.
n- Consistently represent yourself as a professional and "industry knowledgeable" which will in return lead to new referrals and repeat business!
n- Build a healthy relationship with field leadership, and peers.
n- Explain plumbing equipment to customers.
n- Help develop new installers through continuous coaching, and teaching
n
n
What You'll Need
n
n- Proven Track Record in Plumbing Install
n- 2+ years of Experience
n- Have the ability to keep your apprentice on task and communicate clearly on training and learning objectives
n- Strong Desire to Grow and Develop Your Team
n- Clean, Safe, Driving Record
n- High School Diploma or GED
n
