Overview Step into a meaningful role as a Private Duty CNA, providing dedicated, one-on-one care in a home setting. This position is perfect for CNAs looking to make a direct impact in their patient's life through compassionate, personalized care.
Work Schedule - Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM (50 hours per week)

Qualifications - Active CNA Certification in Tennessee
- Valid Driver's License
- CPR Certification (or willingness to renew)

Responsibilities - Responsible for assisting clients with either personal care or home management tasks
- This would include assistance with basic personal hygiene and grooming, feeding and ambulation, medical monitoring, and other basic health care related tasks
- Home Management includes tasks that include basic housekeeping, shopping and other related housekeeping tasks
Qualifications - Minimum age requirements is 18 years
- Valid driver's license, with satisfactory driving record, as defined by agency policy
- Certification, if required by state licensure as a CNA or Home Health Care Aide in the state in which the aide is to provide care
- Completion of a recognized home care aide training program or 6 months of recent experience as an aide
- Must be able to utilize proper body mechanics while lifting and may be expected to lift up 75 lbs.; must be able to sit, stand, and walk for periods of time and bend, stoop, push, pull, and reach
