The HVAC Install Helper supports the installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems in residential and commercial buildings. This role involves assisting experienced HVAC installers with various tasks to ensure installations are completed efficiently, safely, and to code.

Responsibilities: - Help prepare and maintain job sites by unloading materials and equipment.
- Assist in the installation of HVAC systems, including ductwork, piping, and electrical components.
- Support the setup and layout of HVAC systems following blueprints or engineering specifications.
- Carry and handle tools, equipment, and materials needed for installation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the job site, tools, and equipment.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Comply with local HVAC codes and regulations during installations.
- Interact professionally with clients, addressing their questions and concerns courteously.
- Assist in explaining the installation process and timelines to customers.
Qualifications: - 2+ year of previous experience with HVAC
- Basic understanding of HVAC systems and components.
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
- EPA Certification
- Must have a valid HVAC certification
Physical Demands: - Stand/Sit: Must be able to remain in stationary position 50% of the
- May be required to bend, climb (Stairs/Ladders), do repetitive motion, kneel, reach, squat, stand, crawl, walk, and run
- May be required to drive and sit for long periods of time
- May be required to maneuver up to 25 lb. by lifting, carrying or pushing
- Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs.) frequently.
- Comfortable working in confined spaces, heights, and varying weather conditions.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and kneel for extended periods.
PAY TRANSPARENCY: The starting hourly rate for this opportunity ranges from
$20-$60 hr . The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility.
