Requirements:
10 years' experience as Sr. Mechanical Supt . on large Aerospace/Manufacturing /Industrial projects ($ 50 to $ 100 mil).
Strong experience with HVAC, Plumbing & Process Piping Systems with knowledge of equipment, materials and installations.
Responsibilities:
Daily oversight and QA/QC of subcontractor installations including scheduling/coordination, safety and installation integration w/other trades per plans/specs. QA/QC of Mechanical (HVAC, Plumbing & Process Piping) Installations. Preparation/review of schedule & reports for installations including equipment installation start-up & commissioning.
Ideal Candidate:
Requires USA Citizenship (no green cards) and it is highly preferred for the candidates to be residing local to Melbourne, FL. These candidates must be "Senior" with excellent experience.
