Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Commercial Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in commercial settings. You will work on a variety of HVAC equipment, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with industry standards.

Job Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in commercial buildings.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues and implement effective solutions.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Collaborate with other technicians and team members to complete projects efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and equipment maintenance logs.
• Respond promptly to service calls and emergencies.
• Educate clients on HVAC system operation and energy efficiency practices.

Job Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in HVAC preferred.
• HVAC certification
• Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial HVAC systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Physical Work Requirements :

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be required to hear, stand, move, operate with hands and arms, and lift to 75 pounds.
• Understanding safety protocols and the ability to wear person protective equipment.
• Activities involve attics and crawl spaces, being around moving parts and equipment, and exposure to changes in heat temperature and humidity occur potentially.
