2nd shift, Monday-Friday 3pm-11pm

Job Functions & Responsibilities (include but are not limited to): - Machine repair and preventative maintenance
- Completion of PM requirements on motors, pneumatic systems, and production equipment
- Installation assistance on capital projects
- Modification and installation of equipment or process improvements
- Installation and startup of equipment
- Facilities maintenance, e.g., building modifications, etc.
- Ability to trouble shoot and repair mechanical and electrical breakdowns
- Assist in maintaining parts and supplies inventory by reporting low supply levels
- Must be able to work independently and adhere to established safety standards.
- Interpret work instructions, work orders, read tape measure (standard and metric) and read other operational materials
- Complete work order entry and close-out in the Maintenance work order system.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications: - Minimum 10 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing/industrial setting required, and familiar with at least two or more of the following: electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electronic
- Knowledge and experience troubleshooting and evaluating PLC's and drives is a must
- Have tools/ well-stocked toolbox
- Experience in industrial electrical panels, electrical machinery, and motor controls
- Read/analyze/interpret technical procedures, electrical schematics, and service manuals to perform required maintenance and service
- Ability to inspect equipment, recognize potential problems, and proactively take appropriate corrective action to prevent component failures, or equipment downtime.
- Excellent oral and computer communication skills
- Ability to work well with others
- Ability to define and solve problems
- Must be willing to work flexible hours including overtime, weekends, and holidays
Physical Demands: - Lifting of up to 80 lbs.
- Required to work at heights using ladders or lifts, or in confined spaces for short periods of time during equipment inspections and modifications.
