Job Description
Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily activities of the facility maintenance team during shifts, ensuring tasks are performed efficiently and safely.
• Spearhead preventive and corrective maintenance of pneumatic equipment, setting a benchmark for best practices in the team.
• Mentor and train technicians, ensuring they are updated with the latest pneumatic system maintenance techniques.
• Implement, maintain, and ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies. Ensure the team complies with all safety protocols during maintenance tasks.
• Monitor and report shift performance metrics, aiming for continuous improvement. Address any discrepancies or areas of concern promptly.
• Lead the team in diagnosing complex malfunctions, ensuring swift and effective solutions to maintain operations.
• Coordinate with other shift leaders, production managers, and engineering teams to ensure smooth shift transitions and continuous equipment functionality.
• Make critical equipment operation and maintenance decisions, especially during unexpected downtimes or emergencies.
