Stryten Energy is expanding battery poly manufacturing and recycling output to help solve industry-wide supply constraints.nnResponsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing all plant equipment in a safe and efficient working order to minimize down time.nnWe have openings on 2nd and 3rd shiftnn2nd shift: (2pm - 10pm, Monday - Friday)nn3rd shift: (10pm - 6am, Sunday - Thursday)nnPay rate is $31.83/hour, plus a shift differentialnnResponsibilitiesnnEmbraces and follows the Beliefs and Values of Stryten Energy.nnEmbraces and follows the work and safety rules and wears all required personal protective equipment.nnTroubleshoots and repairs electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and water system problems on all plant equipment and facility using prints when they are available.nnPerforms all assigned preventative maintenance tasks on all plant equipment and facility.nnAccurately completes all assigned maintenance work orders using computerized CMMS system.nnAll of the above performed while maintaining and improving product quality and personnel safety.nnMaintains housekeeping, cleanliness, and organization of the Maintenance Department as instructed by Supervisor.nnReports unsafe conditions to the Supervisor for immediate action.nnThe above list of responsibilities describes normal work but the Supervisor may assign this person to duties not listed when production requirements dictate or when there is not enough work in the regular classification to fill out the workday.nnQualificationsnnMinimum five (5) years on the job experience as an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic.nnOr, minimum three (3) years at Tulip Molded Plastics Corporation in Maintenance Utility position and meet qualifications of that position.nnHigh school diploma or GED equivalent.nnMust be able to lift 90 pounds.nnGood attendance and performance work history.nnMotived self-starter that is able to productively work alone and in groups to solve problems.nnMust have demonstrated competence in the 3 of the 6 following areas.nnMechanicalnnElectricalnnHydraulicnnPneumaticnnWeldingnnHVACnnMust have his/her own tools.nnMust demonstrate basic computer skills needed to use CMMS system.nnMust complete a forklift driving training program.nnMust complete a scissors lift driving training program.nnMust learn proper lifting skills of up to 10,000 lbs. with a forklift or crane.nnMust complete a Lock Out/Tag Out training program.nnEEO StatementnnStryten Energy is an equal opportunity employer where an applicant's qualifications are considered without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, genetic information, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other basis prohibited by law.nnAbout StatementnnStryten Energy helps solve the world’s most pressing energy challenges with a broad range of energy storage solutions across the Essential Power, Motive Power, Transportation, Military and Government sectors.
