• Perform basic maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building systems
• Manage work orders and ensure completion of maintenance tasks
• Identify equipment maintenance risks and make necessary repairs
• Maintain safety and compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Act
• Assist with customer queries and maintain repair schedules
• Perform general handyman work and custodial duties as needed
• Respond to emergencies and spills as required
