If you love hospitality, creating amazing customer experiences, and the structure and benefits that come from working with a hotel company then you will love working with Omni!nnFront Desk Agents are responsible for providing a welcoming arrival and depature experience to each guest, as well as, serving as ambassadors throughout the guest’s stay.nnResponsibilitiesnnPreparation of daily reports and distribution as directed.nnAccurate preparation of VIP, complimentary, house use rooms, and out of order lists.nnConduct back up procedures for Epitome and drop tape nightly.nnHandling Express checkouts ensuring their completion.nnCompletion of third shift Night Audit checklistnnBalancing of daily postings and revenue.nnEnsure adequate communication the following morning to all necessary departments by communicating through “Wrap-Up” emails.nnUnderstanding of all front office standards and assist in solving deficiencies.nnPrepare In-house allowance and adjustment spreadsheets each day.nnBalancing of daily posting and revenue, and resolution of inaccuracies.nnTo appropriately protect confidential guest information and guest room key access according to front office SOP’s.nnTo be thoroughly acquainted with PBX Operator duties.nnBe familiar with emergency procedures and Alarm System in the PBX department.nnBe familiar with guest scenarios and follow-up on all guest requests and concerns, effectively adhering to the service recovery process.nnTo be thoroughly knowledgeable of all Front and PBX Moments of Service scenarios, and execute to standard.nnBe familiar with all systems and equipments as related to the Front OfficennBe familiar with all hotel rate plans and rate codes, understanding rate strategy when making rate changes for guests.nnBe familiar with all hotel amenitiesnnTo be familiar with all hotel facilitiesnnTo be familiar with the inter-relationship between the different departmentsnnTo be familiar with local attractions and businessesnnAid guests in locating other areas of the hotel (walk them to destination if possible)nnEffectively operate computer, printer, telephone, pen/pencil, photo-copying machine, facsimile machine, two-way radionnBe actively engaged with our guests. Identify the needs of our guests and meet these needs, aiming to exceed expectations at every opportunity.nnDeliver personalized, memorable guest experiences by utilizing the Power of One.nnQualificationsnnMust be able to work the days evenings, weekends, and holidays.nnPrior guest service experience is required.nnPrior PMS Cashiering experience is required.nnExcellent customer service and problem solving skills are required.nnAbility to clearly communicate in English with guests and co-workers in person, via telephone, and in writing is required.nnMust have strong communication, computer and organizational skills.nnMust maintain a professional business appearance, attitude, and performance.nnMust be able to stand, walk or sit for an extended period or for an entire work shift.nnRequires repetitive motion, including utilizing telephone/computer for an extended period or for an entire shift.nnPay: $24.45/hour The pay scale provided is a range that Omni Hotels & Resorts reasonably expects to pay.
