That's why we live different, play different.nnThe Machine Adjuster will be responsible for the adjustments to all equipment in their assigned work cell, all necessary preventive maintenance routines, and coordination of production within the work cell.nnThe work schedule for 2nd ShiftnnMon-Fri 2:45PM-10:45PMnnWhat you’ll do as a Machine Adjuster:nnMaintain machine settings at recommended tolerance levels and monitor all instruments, gauges, fluid levels, and conduct preventive maintenance such as oiling parts, inspection and replacementnnPerform minor machine maintenance repairs and contact maintenance personnel when necessarynnAssist the maintenance personnel with all machine repairsnnLoad machines with component parts such as hang tabs, tear bands, closure seals and other materials as needednnCoordinate maintenance activities and downtime with team membersnnCoordinate necessary production materials with floor person and team members complying with documentation such as the follower and bill of materialsnnTrain other operators on operating procedures and standardsnnDirect work in the work cell in the absence of a team lead or supervisornnWe’re looking for a Machine Adjuster with:nnKnowledgennMinimum 3 to 5 years of work experiencennAt least 2 years of machine maintenance back groundnnHigh School diploma or equivalent work experiencennGood communication skills, both written and verbalnnAbility to perform all duties of stripper, punch operator, inspector and floor personnnExperience working with basic hand tools and experience making intermediate mechanical repairs and adjustmentsnnSkillsnnStrong attention to detailnnExecutes good judgment based on written procedures and guidelinesnnStrong mechanical aptitude.
