Essential Functions:
- Manage the delivery of care to Residents in a compassionate and timely manner under the direction of the Nurse Team Leader or designee.
- Administer routine daily medications, both prescription and non-prescription.
- Observe Residents and report/document changes in their condition.
- Sign medication records and re-order medications according to policy and procedure.
- Provide first aid in emergency situations and report the condition to the Nurse Team Leader and/or physician; complete incident reports as needed.
- Assist Residents with activities of daily living (ADL) and encourage appropriate self-care, utilizing the concept of restorative nursing.
- Adhere to all policies and procedures related to Infection Control and safety regulations.
- Leads by example, maintaining a professional work relationship with team members, Residents, Clients, Members, Patients, and family members.
Requirements: - NJ State CMA certification.
- NJ State CNA certification.
- Seasonal flu vaccine required.
- Knowledge of medical and pharmacological terminology.
- Strong clinical skills.
- Commitment to person-centered care.
- Excellent communication and critical thinking.
- Interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
- Sensitivity to dementia care needs.
- Experience in caregiving, hospice care, or memory care is preferred.

$26 - $26 an hour
Schedule: Full-Time
Shift: 3 pm - 11 pm
Must be dual certified CMA and CNA.
