Customer Service Sales Rep

JOB DESCRIPTION:
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a crucial role in the growth and success of our company. You will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, initiating contact with potential customers, and setting up appointments for our sales team. This role requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Focus is on Client cutting-edge Digital Presses.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation: Research and identify potential leads through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking.
2. Qualification: Conduct initial outreach to prospects to understand their needs, qualify their interest level, and determine if they are a good fit for our products or services.
3. Appointment Setting: Schedule qualified meetings and appointments for the sales team, ensuring a steady stream of opportunities for them to pursue.
4. Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with leads in our CRM system, and effectively manage lead pipelines to maximize conversion rates.
5. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted outreach strategies, refine messaging, and optimize lead generation efforts.
6. Continuous Learning: Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
7. Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) including lead generation targets, conversion rates and appointment setting goals.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Proven track record in sales, lead generation, or customer service roles.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships over the phone and in person.
• Self-motivated and results-driven, with a relentless focus on achieving targets and delivering results.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools is a plus.
• Willingness to adapt to evolving priorities and embrace continuous learning and development.
