Compensation, benefits, time off, and bonuses vary by state and location. OHIO ONLY - Effective 10/2/2023, $500 hiring bonus eligibility will be based on remaining an active employee with at least 160 hours worked. In addition, a second bonus of $500 will be paid to caregivers who work an additional 340 hours. Caregivers MUST be active employees at the time of bonus payout. New and previous caregivers who have not worked for Help at Home within the last 12 months will be eligible for the bonus. Caregivers transferring from an organization within the Help at Home, LLC portfolio of companies are not eligible to receive the bonus.
