JOB DESCRIPTION:
Long Term Care CNA - Issaquah WA
- Start Date: ASAP
- Shift: 8hr Eves (40hrs/wk.; may occasionally need to work other shifts, but primary need is for Eves)
- Ratios: 1:15-25
- Years of Experience REQ: 1 YR of Skilled Long Term Care/Transitional Care Experience
- First-Timers Accepted: No
- Weekend REQ: Every other weekend
- Certs REQ: BCLS
- Is On-Call REQ?: No
- Will this traveller need to float between like units?: Yes
- Open to accommodating block schedule?: Yes
- Locals Accepted: Yes; Considered "local" within 50 mile radius, will accept locals at the same rate
- Pending License Accepted: No; Lice REQ
- RTO Restrictions: Confirm with hiring manager
- Guaranteed Hours: 40 (per contract)
Special Requirements
- Travelers are expected to have reliable transportation and no additional scheduling restrictions. All travel pairs will be required to have their own transportation.
- Facility requires primary series COVID vaccination in addition to one booster
- Travelers may be required to assist with shower aide duties.
