Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Litigation Associate at Schulman Bhattacharya, LLC. The Litigation Associate will be responsible for handling legal tasks such as drafting motions, conducting research, preparing for depositions, representing clients in courts, and providing legal counsel. The role involves working closely with partners and senior associates to support the litigation process. This Litigation Associate can work from our MD or NY offices.

Qualifications

• 3- 5 years experience in conducting legal research and drafting motions
• Proficiency in preparing for and conducting depositions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
• J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to the NY, MD, DC, and/or VA bars preferred.
