Hiring: Restaurant Senior Director of Supply Chain

Location: Dallas, TX

**Restaurant industry experience is a must, culinary background/experience preferred. Experience within a franchise system is also desirable**

The Senior Director of Supply Chain is responsible for providing strategic supply chain and procurement leadership for the system. This role will develop strategies to ensure stead supply chain performance, high quality products, and competitive pricing to support franchise system with just under 100 locations.

Required:

• 10+ years’ experience as a Supply Chain leader in hospitality, foodservice, or relevant consulting work
• Must have experience managing 100+ units across multiple states
• Advanced organizational and forecasting skills
• Strong customer service focus
• Excellent, clear and effective communication

• Bachelor’s degree and/or certification in supply chain management or related preferred
• Fast Casual or Restaurant background preferred
• Culinary training preferred
