The Production Manager oversees the manufacturing process and leads a team of Assistant Managers, Production Leads, and Specialists. This role focuses on operational management, team motivation, achieving production goals, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the production department.
• Motivate and provide feedback to the production team.
• Drive production to exceed goals, maximizing output and minimizing costs.
• Implement SOPs and policies to enhance productivity and ensure compliance.
• Develop and adhere to production schedules and maintain inventory levels.
• Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with maintenance on equipment performance.
• Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members.
• Engage all associates inclusively to support retention and company strategy.
• Partner with HR for workforce management.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years in manufacturing, with 2+ years in a management role.
• Familiarity with six sigma and continuous improvement.
• Strong technical and analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to motivate teams.
• Proficient in ERP and inventory management software.
• Must be 21+

Preferred Qualifications

• Skills in operations or performance improvement.
• Background in food production and manufacturing.

Physical and Mental Demands

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Comfortable with heights and variable environmental conditions.

Working Environment
