What we are looking for:
We are seeking a driven and hospitality-oriented Resident Services Coordinator to assist with the day-to-day operations of our Luxury residential community in DUMBO, Brooklyn. As a Resident Coordinator, you will support our property management and operations teams in a critical way leading day-to-day operations with a primary focus on delivering a first-class Resident experience.
Job Responsibilities:
Point of Contact:
- Act as the primary point of contact for all Residents throughout the entire Resident journey (pre-move in, move-in, move-out). Coordinate all elements of the process to create a seamless Resident experience
- Effectively respond to requests and concerns of Resident inquiries including bookings (elevators & private events)
- Act as the primary for face-to-face meetings with Residents for any Resident related issues
- Support the building Team with the coordination and execution of all Residents' programming, including special events
- Schedule/conduct all annual inspections and other compliance related tasks.
- Manage accounts receivables process and other tenant billing inquiries
Project Management:
- Coordinate/schedule apartment preventative maintenance annual inspections
- Create incident reports for complaints received, investigate and follow-up as needed
- Assist with building and vendor invoices, follow up on outstanding orders including uniforms
- Provide support to the Front Desk & package room to assist with issues
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of hospitality or property management related experience
- A positive and hospitable demeanor
- Able to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed, and accuracy
- Be a clear thinker, remaining calm and resolving problems using good judgement
- Polished oral and written communication skills
- Detail oriented and able to maintain an organization in a fast-paced and multi-tasking environment
