Join Our Aerospace Client’s Team as the Director of Quality!

We are seeking a visionary Director of Quality to drive excellence across all stages of product development - from cutting-edge hardware and software innovation to our in-house manufacturing and assembly operations. What You'll Do:
- Lead with Ownership: Take charge of daily operations, ensuring quality standards are met and exceeded.
- Drive Performance: Set, measure, and communicate clear objectives for the quality and trade compliance teams.
- Collaborate & Innovate: Work closely with customers to resolve quality issues while fostering strong internal partnerships to meet organizational goals.
- Reduce Costs: Implement strategies to minimize the cost of poor quality while driving continuous improvement.
- Ensure Compliance: Oversee adherence to ISO/AS certifications, contractual, and regulatory requirements with a focus on maintaining robust internal audit systems.
- Promote Team Excellence: Mentor, motivate, and lead teams to cultivate a quality-driven culture.
- Deliver Results: Present monthly performance metrics and ensure the success of both quality and trade compliance objectives.

What We're Looking For:
- A strategic thinker who can also roll up their sleeves and solve problems with a bias for action.
- A strong leader with a passion for developing teams and driving continuous improvement.
- Proven experience in the aerospace or defense industries and a deep understanding of Quality Management Systems.
- Exceptional communication and analytical skills to interface with both senior staff and customers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in science or a related field is strongly preferred.
- 5+ years of specialized quality experience.
- Management experience in a quality-focused role within manufacturing.
- Aerospace is highly preferred, other highly regulated industries will also be considered.
