Responsibilities:

• Conduct annual preventative maintenance inspections (PMIs).
• Address site outages and perform on-site troubleshooting, including documenting conditions and conducting root cause analysis.
• Recommend and execute corrective repairs, such as replacing system components.
• Document all service visits, including inspections, assessments, maintenance, and fieldwork, and report details promptly.
• Use monitoring platforms to periodically check the health of operating assets, including one weekend per month.
• Diagnose site issues remotely or on-site and communicate via a cloud-based ticketing system.
• Lead assigned fieldwork as directed.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least two years of experience with utility-scale PV solar equipment installation, troubleshooting, or maintenance.
• Basic understanding of physical, electrical, and structural construction plans.
• Proficient in the construction and operation of electrical equipment.
