We are recruiting for a Manufacturing Operations Manager on behalf of our client, a global manufacturing organization based in North Carolina.

**This role will offer relocation support**

Role Summary:

The Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in steering the technical and operational support teams as part of a global organization. This person is expected to support continual process optimization, maximize efficiencies, and assist in identifying and developing customer solutions and service.

Through effective leadership, the Operations Manager will instill best manufacturing practices, propelling the company towards operational excellence.

Ideal Candidate:

• Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) in engineering
• Experience leading and developing team members for growth and business needs
• Experience successfully driving operational excellence / continuous improvement initiatives
• Maintains safety as a top priority
• Experience in strategic planning and organizational skills for longer term tasks and actions such as planning and ensuring the resources required to execute the production schedule
• Ability to make informed and data driven decisions quickly, at times under pressure
