The Law Offices of Kenneth S. Cooper is seeking a full-time special education attorney to join our growing practice. We represent parents of children with special needs in the greater Philadelphia area and throughout Pennsylvania. Experience practicing special education law or relevant work and/or life experience is greatly preferred, but is not necessary to apply for this position. Must be located in the greater Philadelphia area. Must be licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania. Responsibilities include ODR due process hearings, school meetings, client intakes, legal research and legal writing.
