Our client, a full service Real Estate boutique law firm is seeking to add a Senior Associate (5+ years) to their growing Commercial Real Estate Litigation group in NYC.

Role and Requirements: Eligible candidates will be class years 2019 and earlier. Potential hires must have experience in real estate litigation (including lawsuits between real estate purchasers and sellers, mortgage foreclosure actions involving major New York City properties, disputes between members of partnerships, joint ventures and limited liability companies, and lord-tenant controversies involving commercial real estate). Stellar academic credentials and former employment within a litigation practice is preferred. Must be barred to practice law in the state of New York. Compensation is dependent on years of experience and skill set but base salary is $200k+.
