Job Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of engineers and designers, assigning daily tasks and responsibilities
• Train and mentor junior engineers to enhance their skills and performance
• Deliver weekly project updates to management
• Conduct engineering calculations for drives, shafts, cylinders, and bearings
• Contribute to drawing development and offer technical support to the engineering team

Job Qualifications

• Must have conveyor experience (preferably Power & Free and Skid conveyor systems)
• 5-10 years of engineering and design experience
