Position Title:  Transportation Manager FULL-TIME

Riverside Industries, Inc. is actively seeking a qualified Transportation Manager  to join our dedicated (and awesome) team. The purpose of the Transportation Manager is to supervise, coordinate and provide transportation services to Riverside’s clients throughout the Pioneer Valley. Additionally, the Transportation Manager will ensure the smooth operation of the Transportation Department by developing and maintaining efficient operations and procedures. Ideal candidates will possess a management style that is team oriented; willingness to be a team player is imperative. Self-motivation and initiative is vital to this position. You must have an understanding of the importance of safety and the ability to follow protocols. Verbal and written communication skills are imperative to this role; you must be comfortable effectively communicating with the people we serve, their families and colleagues. Previous experience in Transportation or Human Services related industries is preferred.

Shifts:  Day shift (M-F) 40 hrs/week

Requirements:

· Must be able to pass a RMV Record with minimum 3 years of driving experience

· Must be able to pass a pre-employment Drug Screen, Physical, CORI and fingerprinting

· Must have basic computer and typing skills
