Our key client is hiring and looking to add an IAM Analyst to their team. Please check the description below and reach out to us for more details if you are interested.


Pay Rate: $50-60/hour on W2

Work Type: Hybrid – 2-3 days in the office per week

Work Location: Minneapolis, MN 55401

Work Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM

Duration: 12-month contract (with possible extension)


Job Overview:

The role will be coordinating the implementation of US regulatory requirements while managing user’s identities and provisioning access to corporate applications and information.


Responsibilities:


  • Communicate with business leads to analyze access models.
  • Facilitate the onboarding of new applications to our access request process.
  • Analyze and fulfill corporate identity and access requests.
  • Analyze and translate user requirements to ensure appropriate access is provided to systems, applications, and corporate information.
  • Contribute to ongoing improvements to workflows/processes by identifying gaps and automation opportunities.
  • Maintain and update Access Control Access Policies, Documentation, and Staff Lists.
  • Contribute to audits, access reviews, and the IT Risk Team as needed.
  • Support the globalization of the Access Control Team.


Minimum Qualifications:


  • Proficient with Active Directory
  • Proficient with permissions management in SharePoint and NAS
  • Strong planning, time management, and documentation skills
  • Solid writing, communications, and interpersonal skills, plus experience in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • Proven analytic and problem-solving skills


Preferred Qualifications:


  • Beginner to intermediate PowerShell
  • Microsoft Visio 2010 or higher
  • Microsoft Certification
  • Automation Experience
  • Degree in Information Technology or computer science
