Wave Outdoors is hiring multiple design-focused roles: landscape design assistant, design-sales, and design project manager.

This is a full time, landscape design position. The ideal candidate is adept landscape construction, AutoCAD (LandFX), and SketchUp. Training may be provided as needed.

DESCRIPTION:

• Support the primary design-sales team members in producing quality designs efficiently and effectively.
• Take existing progress designs to completion by adding details such as verbiage, cross section specs, and permit preparations.
• In addition to the sales team, work with the office administrator to procure materials, acting as a liaison between sales and office to facilitate a fast procurement process.
• Ensure projects are ready to go in a timely manner through quick permit paperwork turnaround, procurement facilitation, and bundling the construction package together for the site managers.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Construction building knowledge and experience required. Training can be provided to fill gaps with certain aspects of the services we provide: decks, hardscaping, drainage, etc.
• Ability to read detailed construction and concept drawings.
• Strong willingness to work as a team and get things done on time.
• Minimum 2+ years experience in the landscape industry - specifically with design, hardscaping, and horticulture.
• A commitment to high quality project design and detail.
