Kelly® Science & Clinical is seeking a Clinical Pathology Manager for a direct hire, permanent position at cutting-edge clinical research and biopharmaceutical client in Auxvasse, MO. Compensation: $80k-88k/yr

Schedule: 1st shift, M-F

SUMMARY

We are looking for a talented and visionary Clinical Pathology Manager to spearhead our department. RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Play a pivotal role in harmonizing clinical pathology practices across multiple sites, fostering a seamless and cohesive operational environment.
  2. Lead the charge in creating and implementing cutting-edge clinical pathology procedures, setting new industry standards.
  3. Manage a dedicated team of professionals, inspiring them to achieve excellence in all aspects of clinical pathology.
  4. Ensure the highest standards of quality and regulatory compliance in all pathology processes and outputs.
  5. Encourage the introduction of exciting new capabilities and improvements to existing capabilities.
  6. Motivate team and drive strong cross-departmental collaboration.
  7. Manage production metrics, evaluate trends, and implement action plans directed for improvement.


QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Medical Laboratory Specialist (MLS/MLT) Skilled in hematology, cytology, chemistry, urinalysis, and coagulation assays with previous proven experience in a clinical pathology laboratory.
  2. A natural leader, capable of motivating teams across different sites.
  3. Strong understanding of regulatory requirements in clinical research.
  4. Excellent teamworking and communication skills, a proactive attitude, and innovative and interdisciplinary thinking towards accomplishing goals and solving issues.
