Job Title: General Manager
Location: Norfolk, VA
Compensation: Base Salary, plus Bonus up to 50%, and Equity Options
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead day-to-day operations and drive profitability for a residential services business in the Norfolk market. As the site based General Manager, you will play a critical role in advancing operational efficiency and enhancing revenue. This is a high-impact role with significant earning potential and the opportunity to guide strategic business decisions within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Oversight : Lead the branch’s daily operations, aligning efforts to optimize performance and meet established financial targets, including sales and EBITDA.
- Strategic Planning : Develop and execute short- and long-term operational plans to achieve measurable outcomes and identify areas for continuous improvement.
- Change Management : Implement process improvements and streamline workflows to boost branch performance, aligning with company-wide metrics and KPIs.
- Financial Management : Conduct financial analyses, including forecasting and budgeting, to proactively address any challenges in meeting branch objectives.
- Compliance : Ensure branch adherence to all regulatory standards and internal policies, including state licensing requirements and industry-specific regulations.
- Team Leadership : Inspire and guide branch employees, fostering a high-performance culture and maintaining a safe, inclusive, and goal-oriented workplace.
- Collaboration : Partner cross-functionally with marketing, HR, accounting, and the Branch Service Center to support the branch’s strategic initiatives.
