Responsibilities
- Review and negotiate a variety of contracts, including nondisclosure agreements, subordination agreements, equipment leases, loans, promissory notes, security agreements, vendor program agreements, remarketing agreements, and assignment/syndication agreements.
- Assist in enforcing lease contracts and managing collections.
- Aid in the preparation and maintenance of corporate records, annual filings, and licenses.
- Research and provide advice to the General Counsel on HR and legal matters, including UCC and titling issues.
- Perform general legal tasks as requested by the General Counsel.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in a law firm or in-house legal department.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Adaptable, responsive, and creative problem-solver.
- Relationship-oriented with the ability to collaborate effectively with business partners and colleagues.
*** Pay: $140-170K (Compensation can vary depending on experience)
