Project Architect: You must be living in the USA and willing to relocate to Las Vegas.

Summary:

Must be a positive thinking, team oriented individual; architectural license required, proficient Revit skills preferred. A Project Architect must demonstrate a solid understanding of the aspects associated with the successful execution of an architectural project including but not limited to; architectural design methods, code analysis and compliance, conceptual and schematic design development, construction materials, production of construction documents including construction detailing, material procurement and construction administration.

Must be able to work independently developing construction details and is thoroughly capable of producing and overseeing the production of high-quality architectural design and construction documents.

Skills and objectives for position:

• Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines and collaborate/coordinate and lead in-house staff/project team, clients and consultants.

• Mentor unlicensed architects, delegate project tasks and manage the progress to ensure successful completion and foster professional development with the team.

• Review, coordinate and manage consultants’ documents and submissions.

• Monitor project scope to assure compliance with client directions, design intent, schedule and budget.

• Develop and organize design and construction documentation and detailing.

Requirements:

• Architectural license (preferably Nevada state licensed or NCARB certification)

• Architectural technical background necessary

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture from an accredited school (preferred)

• Minimum 5+ years architectural experience

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Autodesk Revit (preferred) and current working knowledge in Autodesk AutoCAD.
