As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in leading claims migration initiatives within our organization. Your strong business acumen and analytical skills will be essential in documenting requirements, facilitating stakeholder collaboration, and ensuring the successful execution of migration projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the claims migration process from assessment to implementation, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and compliance, to gather and document detailed business requirements.

Conduct gap analyses to identify discrepancies between current and future state processes related to claims management.

Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and user stories.

Engage with stakeholders to validate requirements and ensure that solutions meet business needs.

Assist in the creation of test plans and user acceptance testing (UAT) scenarios to validate system changes.

Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and addressing any issues promptly.

Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights, align expectations, and drive decision-making.

Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in claims processing and healthcare payor operations.

The projected hourly range for this position is $65-$70.
