Demand Planning Manager - $140,000 to $155,000

Reputable, manufacturing client in Lancaster is looking to bring on a Demand Planning Manager to their team. This is a very important role that will be integral to the success of the business. The Manager will manage two people and one agency.

What our client is looking for:

• Someone who is a superstar in Excel and PowerPoint
• Someone with an Entrepreneurial spirit who understands small business with a “start-up” mentality
• Someone who loves coming up with solutions to problems that may not be recognized
• Someone who can act as a Change Agent

Experience with the following is key:

• Management over the full cycle cash flow and inventory management
• Providing measurable data to leadership that will reflect what tools are needed to further expand the business

Lastly, this role will be responsible for the overall S&OP process, warehouse and inventory management, logistics, and deliveries and act as the overall functioning site leader.
