Job Title: General Liability Attorney

Responsibilities:

• Independently manage a caseload from open to close
• Case review and analysis
• Draft case reports, motions, pleadings etc.
• Attend hearings, depositions nad mediations
• Trial preparation

Qualifications:

• Must have at least one year of insurance defense litigation experience
• Member of the Florida Bar in good standing
• Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
