The HR Manager will collaborate with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals. This role involves workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, compensation oversight, and fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
HR Manager Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Staffing:
- Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts, advise on staffing strategies, and ensure the effective selection and onboarding of new hires.
- Compensation & Total Rewards:
- Administer compensation programs, design salary structures, and conduct market salary analysis to ensure competitiveness while supporting the company's pay-for-performance philosophy.
- Performance Management:
- Guide leaders and employees through the performance management process, including goal setting, evaluations, and development planning.
- Compliance & Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and consult with leaders on HR risks. Support relevant programs and policies, including FAA and OFCCP requirements.
- Employee Relations:
- Address HR issues at the local level, resolve conflicts, and conduct ethics investigations.
- Labor Relations:
- Manage labor agreements, resolve disputes, and support contract negotiations to maintain a positive labor environment.
- Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion:
- Promote an inclusive work environment where diversity is valued and support affirmative action and equal employment initiatives.
- Project Management:
- Lead HR-related projects and contribute to the execution of the Global Human Resources strategy.
HR Manager Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- HR Proficiency in recruitment, compensation, performance management, and employee relations.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and influencing skills with client groups.

HR Manager Education/Qualifications:
Master’s degree in arts/sciences (BA/BS) MBA or Human Resources preferred
Bachelor’s degree in arts/sciences (BA/BS) Business Administration or related discipline required
5+ years Progressively responsible professional HR Generalist experience required
