Salary
$110k - $150k annually DOE

Shift
Monday – Friday 6am - 4:30pm with rotating Saturdays 7:00am - 12:00pm.
Job Summary:
This role oversees the maintenance operations of the fleet, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and safety. It includes managing staff, coordinating repairs, maintaining records, and optimizing costs.
- Supervise Maintenance Operations: Manage day-to-day maintenance activities to ensure fleet safety and reliability.
- Staff Management: Lead, train, and evaluate maintenance personnel; ensure adherence to company policies.
- Inter-Department Collaboration: Communication with transportation department to align fleet readiness with business needs.
- Compliance: Ensure all vehicles meet safety and operational standards.
- Budget Management: Monitor repair costs, approve expenses, and control inventory.
- Vendor Coordination: Establish relationships with suppliers for parts and service.
- Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate maintenance logs and reports.
- Performance Monitoring: Track fleet performance metrics and implement improvements.
- Process Standardization and Support: Develop and implement standardized maintenance procedures across locations, providing support to teams in other areas as needed.
About you:
- 5 years’ experience in MD/HD commercial fleet maintenance
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of compliance regulations
- Budgeting and cost control experience
- Strong computer skills. Fleet management software experience a plus
- WA State Class A or B commercial driver’s license
- Must have a clean driving record and be insurable
- Journeyman level tool set
