Duration: 2 month contract to hire

Location: Mt Laurel Township, NJ 08054 onsite for contract duration but will transition to hybrid once converted

Pay Range: $20-24/hr

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Previous customer service experience in a healthcare or insurance setting
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to manage a high call volume environment

In this role, you will provide exceptional, white-glove service to senior citizens, assisting them with purchasing and signing up for Medicare insurance. Your primary focus will be on achieving first call resolution, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our clients. This position operates in a high call volume environment, requiring efficiency and excellent time management skills. This is a two month contract opportunity that will have the opportunity to convert permanent for top-performers.
