Real Estate Associate - Multiple Locations

Our client, an Am Law 100 firm, is seeking a Real Estate Associate with 4-6 years of experience. The location for this role is flexible and can be at any of the firm’s office locations including: Washington DC, Chicago, Dallas, Atlanta, Charlotte, Raleigh, New York City, San Francisco, Los Angeles, and Palo Alto.

Overview:

The primary responsibility of this position will be focused on providing expert assistance in real estate financing matters, representing lenders, and facilitating co-lender or inter-creditor relationships. This role may also involve working on commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS).

Qualifications:

• 4-6 years of related experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage within and beyond the organization
• JD from an accredited law school and excellent academic credentials
• Membership in the state bar for the market where you are applying, or the ability to become barred in that state
