Your New Opportunity:


Our client is seeking a dedicated and driven Property Manager to oversee a brand-new Class A residential complex in Elkhorn. This is an exciting opportunity to manage a state-of-the-art facility, lead a team, and ensure top-tier tenant satisfaction and property maintenance.



Your Experience as the Property Manager:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience managing a Class A property.
  • Polished and professional appearance with the ability to represent the company positively during interactions with tenants, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Proven sales and negotiation experience, particularly in lease agreements.
  • Marketing experience to promote and lease the property through digital and community-based strategies.
  • Proficient in property management software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio, MRI Software) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with budgeting, financial management, and rent collections.
  • Ability to lead a team and foster a positive work environment.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or overtime when needed to meet leasing goals or handle emergencies.

Your New Role as the Property Manager:

  • Maintain excellent tenant communication, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants through digital platforms and community outreach.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure safety compliance and property quality.
  • Stay informed about local, state, and federal real estate laws, ensuring full compliance with housing regulations.
  • Manage rent collection, financial goals, and property budgets.
  • Lead and motivate a team of leasing agents.
