Job Title: Senior Process Engineer - Water and Wastewater Treatment

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Process Engineer to lead a dedicated team of engineering professionals on large-scale water and wastewater treatment projects. In this role, you will manage end-to-end process design and oversight within our water services working across diverse high-volume, customized plant projects. This position combines hands-on technical leadership with opportunities to mentor team members and engage in client-facing project support. Your expertise will be essential in driving the design, implementation, and optimization of treatment processes.

Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership: Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from concept to bid-ready documents, focusing on facility and equipment layouts, design calculations, and vendor coordination.
• Process Design: Lead process equipment evaluation and design for various water and wastewater treatment infrastructure projects.
• Multi-Disciplinary Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, regional offices, and regulatory agencies to ensure alignment and compliance.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all project elements adhere to rigorous quality control standards.
• Client Interaction: Directly engage with clients, offering technical insights and recommendations.
• Team Mentorship: Guide and develop junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
• Marketing Initiatives: Participate in client marketing and project proposal efforts to expand company influence in water and wastewater treatment services.

Requirements:

• Experience: 8-10 years in engineering, with significant expertise in municipal water and/or wastewater treatment.

Work Schedule: Standard business hours (Monday through Friday)
