About the Company - Leading provider of top-tier financial services is seeking a highly skilled Contracts Specialist with experience in negotiating and managing commercial contracts to join our dynamic team.



About the Role - Develop, negotiate and manage all types of commercial contracts including customer agreements, vendor contracts, nondisclosure agreements, and licensing contracts. Interpret contract provisions to help resolve claims and disputes. Analyze potential risks involved with specific contract terms and suggest alternative courses of action. Ensure all contracts are compliant with legal requirements and company policies. Communicate contract statuses, facilitate contract renewals, and monitor contract performance. Resolve any ensuing contractual conflicts and breaches. Assist with the creation of contractual risk mitigation strategies and procedures. Collaborate with legal and finance departments for contract reviews and issues. Train staff on contract terms, negotiation tactics, and the importance of contractual agreements.

Qualifications - Minimum 3 years of contract management or related experience. Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successfully managing and negotiating commercial contracts. In-depth understanding of commercial contracts and legal requirements. Excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple contracts simultaneously. Ability to navigate complex legal language and ensure compliance.
