Qualifications and Skills

• M&A associate with 3-5 years of relevant experience (public and private).
• Experience as an integral associate on M&A transactions.
• Superior academic credentials needed.
• Must be a Qualified Attorney
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills are required.
• New York or California bar admission

Salary: $260,000-$365,000
