Food Manufacturing in Garland Texas due to growth is looking to add to its maintenance team by adding an experienced Maintenance Supervisor.

Summary:

Maintenance Supervisor ( Reporting to Maintenance Manager )

• Responsible for overseeing maintenance staff and ensuring the efficient operation of facility systems and equipment. Key duties include scheduling and performing routine maintenance, managing repair projects, conducting inspections, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The supervisor will also train and mentor maintenance personnel, maintain inventory of supplies, and develop maintenance procedures to enhance operational efficiency. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in Industrial Maintenance, 3+ years supervisory experience
• Food Industry experience a plus
• Multi craft experience, Electrical, Mechanical, Pneumatics
• Preferred experience, prior experience repairing, extrusion equipment, fryers, mixers.
