Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage suppliers' process quality, including daily, weekly, and monthly quality meetings.
- Continuously identify process quality risks through PFMEA and improve the process quality control plan.
- Conduct quality assessments for NPI (New Product Introduction) and establish quality standards.
- Perform production line audits to ensure quality control points (first article inspection, patrol inspection, final product inspection) are properly implemented.
- Certify supplier quality personnel, focusing on inspection standards for first article, patrol, and final inspections.
- Assist suppliers in analyzing process anomalies, determining responsibility, and tracking for closure.
- Track and verify ECO (Engineering Change Order) changes.
- Handle non-conforming products (determine nature of anomalies and inform SQE).
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation & Control, Mechatronics, Automation, or related fields.
- Familiarity with ISO9001, TS16949, ISO14001, and ISO45001 management systems and requirements.
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance and quality control in manufacturing, including statistical quality analysis and anomaly tracing and correction.
- Proficiency in Six Sigma and the five core tools of TS16949; experience with electronic products is preferred.
- Skilled in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office) and statistical analysis software such as Minitab and JMP.
- Strong time-management skills with the ability to allocate time effectively and prioritize tasks based on importance and urgency.
