Job Description

About us:

We are a pioneering precision oncology company with a bold vision: a world where

cancer is defeated through early detection and timely treatment. Our cutting-edge liquid

biopsy tests use advanced molecular profiling to guide personalized cancer therapies,

transforming how cancer is diagnosed and treated.

At our company, we are shaping the future of precision medicine by capturing genetic and

cellular data from a single blood draw to move closer to our mission of overcoming

cancer.

The Role:

As the VP, US Operations, you will be the driving force behind our U.S. business,

overseeing critical areas including commercial strategy, market access, compliance,

finance, and IT. With existing partnerships such as Blue Cross, Blue Shield, and

Medicare reimbursement, your role will focus on expanding our network by securing

additional insurer plans and fostering strategic partnerships to drive growth.

This is a rare opportunity to shape the future of healthcare technology while leading a

talented and diverse team.

Key Responsibilities include:

- Drive Market Access: Lead initiatives for insurer and payor enrollment,

negotiating with commercial plans to broaden market presence.

- Business Development & Partnerships: Identify and pursue new business

opportunities, building strategic alliances to drive growth and innovation.

- Manage U.S. Lab Operations: Oversee all aspects of lab operations, ensuring

efficiency, compliance, and quality.

- Business Strategy & Management: Develop and implement growth strategies,

collaborating closely with the CEO and COO to achieve operational and strategic

goals.

- Lead Compliance Efforts: Ensure adherence to regulatory and industry

standards, positioning the company for sustainable growth in a regulated

environment.

- Privacy Governance: Uphold high standards of data security and privacy(not

limited to patients), ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

- Oversee IT & Service Delivery: Manage IT infrastructure and customer support,

delivering seamless service across all platforms.
